3 Types alternative treatment
Hirudotherapy is a method of alternative medicine, the treatment of various human diseases using medicinal leech. Acupuncture is a form of alternative medicine and a key component of traditional Chinese medicine. Entomoterapiya is therapeutic use of various insects. Phytotherapy is the study of the use of extracts of natural origin as medicines or health-promoting agents.

4 Aromatherapy used plant materials and aromatic plant oils, including essential oils, and other aromatic compounds. Music therapy is the use of interventions to accomplish individual goals. Crystal healing is a pseudoscientific  alternative medicine technique that employs stones and crystals. Colorpuncture. Stimulate acupuncture points to promote healing and better health. Halotherapy is alternative medicine which makes use of salt. Chromotherapy is an alternative medicine method.

5 History animal assisted therapy
Animal-assisted therapy (AAT) is a type of therapy that involves animals as a form of treatment. The goal of AAT is to improve a patient’s social, emotional, or cognitive functioning. Advocates state that animals can be useful for educational and motivational effectiveness for participants.

6 Hippotherapy is the first direction animaloterapiya, gained popularity in Russia. In 1991,
at the Central Moscow Hippodrome was established public charity - Children's Environmental Center "Live Thread". Therapy involving animals was first used in therapy by Dr. Boris Levinson who accidentally discovered the use of pet therapy with children when he left his dog alone with a difficult child, and upon returning, found the child talking to the dog.

7 Dolphin therapy Dolphin assisted therapy refers to the practice of swimming with dolphins. Proponents claim for such encounters "extraordinary results of the therapy and breakthroughs in outcomes“.

8 Dolphin assisted therapy’s agenda is to help people with autism, Down syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy with rehabilitation in motor function, speech, and language as well as to maintain and increase the client’s attention span.

9 Equine therapy The American Hippotherapy Association defines hippotherapy as a physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy treatment strategy that utilizes equine movement as part of an integrated intervention program to achieve functional outcomes.

10 Hippotherapy is the first direction animaloterapiya, gained popularity in Russia. Now the country about 15 therapeutic riding centers.

11 Therapy cat A therapy cat is a cat trained to help ailing humans in a medically beneficial way to take advantage of the human-animal interaction for purposes of relaxation and healing. Therapy cats have been used as companions to help the recovery and well-being of stroke victims, lower blood pressure,increase sensory stimulation, ward off depression and children with developmental disabilities and to help children with language, speech and hearing problems. 

12 Therapy dog A therapy dog is a dog trained to provide affection and comfort to people in hospitals, retirement homes, nursing homes, schools, hospices, disaster areas, and to people with autism. The systematic use of therapy dogs is attributed to Elaine Smith, who worked as a registered nurse. Smith noticed how well patients responded to visits by a chaplain and his Golden Retriever.

13 Dogs are essential when working with children with autism.
In 1976, Smith started a program for training dogs to visit institutions, and the demand for therapy dogs continued to grow. In recent years, therapy dogs have been enlisted to help children overcome speech and emotional disorders. Dogs are essential when working with children with autism.

14 Seal therapy In February 2003, for the first time tested method of therapy seals in the Murmansk oceanarium on a group of children diagnosed with Early Infantile Autism. The tandem of experts of the Center of Social Assistance and the Oceanarium, Larisa - Ivakhnenko (psychologist) and Larisa Musinova (coach) soon gave results: in children with the syndrome EIA course seal therapy helped reduce symptoms of emotional and behavioral disorders.

16 Conclusion Treatment there is a fairly long time and has made some progress. In Europe and Russia are using the centers as a method of treating an animal rehabilitation. These methods are also used in the West, in hospitals, nursing homes and in special centers.
