Welcome Welcome to our Open House! This evening goals:
Provide information about school-wide and classroom expectations. Explain how WE partner in your child's learning process throughout the year. 2

School Policies The school's discipline policy follows school-wide positive behavior support system known as F.A.M.E.: Focus on respect Always act safely Make myself proud bE responsible Report cards and progress reports will be sent home at the end of each of the four marking periods. Grading policy: 1, 2, 3 and 4. Parent-Teacher conferences will be held in November and April. 3

Opportunities to Get Involved
Volunteer to participate in any kind of lesson (Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies, etc.). Share your expertise and talents with our class! Let me know if interested in helping with planning and/or managing special class projects (e.g. Wax Museum, celebrations, field trips). PTA 6

In-Class Activities Write an encouraging note to your child, and leave in her/his desk for tomorrow. Watch the video presented at the most recent March Pride assembly to summarize our learning about F.A.M.E. VIDEO 8
