5 John 4:31-38 Meanwhile the disciples were urging Him, saying, "Rabbi, eat." But He said to them, "I have food to eat that you do not know about." So the disciples were saying to one another, "No one brought Him anything to eat, did he?" Jesus said to them, "My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to accomplish His work. Do you not say, 'There are yet four months, and then comes the harvest'? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look on the fields, that they are white for harvest.

6 John 4:31-38 Already he who reaps is receiving wages and is gathering fruit for life eternal; so that he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together. For in this case the saying is true, 'One sows and another reaps.' I sent you to reap that for which you have not labored; others have labored and you have entered into their labor."

7 John 4:34 Jesus said to them, "My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to accomplish His work.

8 John 4:35 Do you not say, 'There are yet four months, and then comes the harvest'? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look on the fields, that they are white for harvest.

9 Thus the saying ‘One sows and another reaps’ is true.
John 4:37-38 Thus the saying ‘One sows and another reaps’ is true. I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor.”

11 Explore the Will of God Satisfaction = E.A.T.
Through our Obedience to His word But so that the world may know that I love the Father, I do exactly as the Father commanded Me. Get up, let us go from here. - John 14:31

12 Explore the Will of God Satisfaction = E.A.T.
Through our gifts and abilities As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. - 1St Peter 4:10

13 Explore the Will of God Satisfaction = E.A.T.
Through our opportunities and situations So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith. - Galatians 6:10

14 Adjust to His timing Satisfaction = E.A.T. His timing is NOW
And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. - Mark 16:15

15 Teamwork is Required Satisfaction = E.A.T. All deserve credit
14For the body is not one member, but many. 15If the foot says, "Because I am not a hand, I am not a part of the body," it is not for this reason any the less a part of the body. 16And if the ear says, "Because I am not an eye, I am not a part of the body," it is not for this reason any the less a part of the body.

16 If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be
If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole were hearing, where would the sense of smell be? But now God has placed the members, each one of them, in the body, just as He desired. If they were all one member, where would the body be? But now there are many members, but one body. And the eye cannot say to the hand, "I have no need of you"; or again the head to the feet, "I have no need of you." - 1st Corinthians 12:14, 18-21

17 Every part of the work of the ministry and of teaching men is needful, and we should rejoice that we are permitted to bear any part, however humble, in bringing sinners to the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. - Albert Barnes

18 Coming Next Week John 4:39-43
