3 INTRODUCTION WAT is a dispatching tool which supports GDF rules (Swing and Pull dispatching, Rhythm-, Blues-, Jazz groups, etc.) created especially for monitoring teams. WAT makes possible to measure how much time is spent with failures/fixes, changes, requests coming via Notes, SameTime, phone, etc. The authorized persons (dispatchers, managers, team leaders) are able to supervise the actual workload from the beginning to the end. There are no more forgotten tasks. WAT can store all of the details which generated during the daily work. (SameTime chats, job/change details and fixes, meetings, etc.) Later on all data will be available and easily retrievable by date, description, note, operator/creator. This is very useful if you need the data urgently and if you have no time to search in various ticketing tools.

4 INTRODUCTION USER REVIEWS
WAT can easily be customized to fulfill the need of all departments. Last but not least it can eliminate paper work to save our environment and reduce costs.
