Cover the two current versions supported

Can cover specific areas- so if those are not used not a necessary update
No DB Extender needed but some fix might require script which will be delivered separately if needed

5. Official Release Normally delivered on quarterly or half year basis
Will require a DB Extender
Installer file- so any old version needs to be removed and replaced with new files

When the DB Extender has finished you will get a prompt to save and send your DB Extender report.
Even if a successful upgrade is confirmed- send the report to Support – let us know if it is in test or production upgrade
