2017 is the Year of Improvements Streamlined development Easier Upgrades… so you will just start to get the UPDATES Almost half of our customers are already on Suite 17.1 Fastest upgrade cycle… and we just started in May As of 5/15/17 6 were live on Suite 17.1 Getting ready for the first major update Frequent Updates Wait until you see all the features that are heading your way No need to always upgrade when there are bugs. If the bugs are part of the Aero Platform, we can just fix them while you sleep!

Partnerships Aero Platform Compliance Core / I am excited to have the opportunity to speak to you a bit about what Avionte is currently working on. On the screen is an image of our roadmap created by our Product Management tool called Aha! As you can see from the image we are breaking our development efforts out into three main swimlanes: Aero Platform, Partnerships, and Core / Compliance. This current view is our roadmap feature plans from today to about a year out. Avionte’s Product and Development teams Partnerships: On the partnerships swimlane we are working to not only enhance out current partnerships, but to also continue to provide you all access with organizations we believe can provide you additional efficiency in your process. We are currently working on an integration with Equifax for their WOTC services as well as Adobe for eSignature documents. Exciting items planned for the future include things like a BI tool (something that provides you some self-service report building options) Aero Platform: This swimlane is dedicated to continue to the Aero platform. You will see some overall goals throughout this area such as Paperless Onboarding and full Employee access within the Talent Module. We will also be building out Recruiter Module further to include the features and functionality needed for temporary placements to be created and managed. As we build out the features and functionality on the Aero Platform not only will we be ensuring the features and functionality you have and use today is available on the new platform, but we are working hard to make sure that we are also being innovative and providing you a platform that not only can be used today, but will grow with you for years to come. Core / Compliance: This swimlane is dedicated to any work needed on the core application as well as specific compliance related items that affect Avionte as a whole. These are really for the items coming up that we know rules and regulations are changing and will require us to enhance our system to ensure all is handled correctly. Again in this area not only are we delivering the items needed to be compliant we want to make certain that compliance is an easy part of your teams process.

Future Development Themes: A Day in the Life of a Recruiter On-the-Go Sales Access Partnerships for Streamlined Workflows and Efficiency One-Stop Shop for Talent Talking a little closer look at our roadmaps and some overall themes we are working towards include: A day in the life of a Recruiter: Not only are we working to build out the Recruiter Module on the Aero Platform to ensure your recruiters can spend their full day not having to flow between the core application and Recruiter Module, but we are also working hard to ensure we deliver an application that allows your recruiter to gain efficiency in their process, leading to additional placements. We are taking a close look at things like less clicks, easy mobile access, seamless communication with Talent, etc. With today’s market it’s critical our Recruiters have a streamlined, efficient process, to ensure we are placing the best Talent. On the go Sales access: It can be very easy for your sales team to miss logging information that could be beneficial to others just simply caused by always being on the go. It is our goal to provide your sales team the access they need easily to ensure this data isn’t being lost just simply due to being on the go. Partnerships: The need for efficiency and ease in working with your Talent continues to be a top priority. With the market being Talent driven we have to make certain that our Recruiters have efficient workflows and a variety of avenues available to them to touch and attract top talent as well as get them through your process as fast as possible to get them placed on assignment. There are a lot of great technology available today. As you saw from my earlier slide, we have an entire swimlane dedicated to partnerships. We have a team here at Avionte that’s focus is on reviewing software that would partner well with Avionte and be a solution that would provide your teams efficiency in their daily activities. One stop shop for Talent: I know that many of you are using our Applicant and Employee portals. Well, on the Aero platform, our Talent Module will replace both of these portals as well as provide onboarding functionality with the goal of providing your Talent a one stop location to go and access all information they need regarding working for your organization. Additionally, your Recruiters will be able to easily communicate with your Talent by submitting any tasks your Recruiter needs them to complete to place them on assignment. This also means things like paperless onboarding as well as a way to uniquely personalize your application and onboarding process to meet the needs of your business Overall, with all of these themes, there is an overarching theme of ease of access and efficiency. It is important that your teams can easily access the information they need making it

August Aero Platform Update Equifax WOTC Integration Enter a Company September Aero Platform Update Talent Homepage Talent Homepage Theme Talent Profile Management Additional Job Boards, Application Workflows, & Themes October/November Aero Platform Update Self-Serve eSignature Documents E-Verify Integration Talent Tasks: Management Notification via Filters Packets Let’s take a little closer looks at the part of the roadmap that is currently in our development teams hands. This includes the feature functionality we will deliver as a part of our August, September and October Updates. An overall theme for these updates includes our Paperless Onboarding functionality that will be available using the Recruiter and Talent Modules. August: We will be delivering an integration with Equifax WOTC available within the Talent Module Application workflows. You can also see that we will deliver the ability to create a new Company record in Recruiter Module. With this will include some enhancements around managing your Company September: In September is when you will see some additional enhancements to the Talent Module. Today the Talent Module really just is your Application Workflows, but as we continue to build it out to be the one stop shop for Talent you will start to see a lot more features and functionality here for your Talent. This update will include a URL for your Talent to be able to log into Talent Module including a Home Page they will access. From this home page your Talent will be able to see and edit the profile they have on record with your organization. Additionally, we will provide some larger packages of Job Board, Application Workflows and Themes for all of you who might have a need greater than just 5 for each. October: In the October release is where we will see a lot of what is needed for paperless onboarding delivered. You will see functionality for self-serve eSignature documents, Talent Tasks as well as the E-Verify integration available in Recruiter Module. I am sure that hearing Talent Tasks is something new to you all and I am sure you are wondering what I am talking about. Talent Tasks within the Recruiter Module and Talent Module will provide your Recruiters and Talent a seamless avenue for interaction on all of the onboarding items you might need completed to get a Talent working. Talent Tasks will include items like the various sections of your application workflows, WOTC, self-serve eSignature documents, and direct deposit setup. You will be able to configure packets of tasks so that a recruiter can select the correct packet to send to their Talent at the right time in your onboarding process. Your Talent will receive an notification of these tasks requiring their attention and will be able to log into the Talent Module via this notification . Once the Talent logs into the Talent Module they will see right from their Home Page of their Talent Profile a notification of tasks that they need to complete as well as a dashboard indication of their progress in completing these tasks. Regarding self-serve eSignature documents, Avionte is partnering with Adobe sign to deliver this functionality to you all so that submitting a ticket to the Avionte Technical Services team is no longer a requirement for collecting an electronic signature. The goal of this functionality is not only to provide you all an efficient paperless onboarding workflow and process. We want to allow you to be able to personalize that workflow for your unique organization. With 65% of people searching for jobs using a mobile device we need to make certain that our application process is mobile friendly, trimming down our applications to ensure we are only collecting the data needed at the time of application making it easy for our Talent to minimize fall offs at that point. Then tailoring our onboarding process to collect the additional pieces of data we need to get a Talent working at the right stages of your workflow. Updates vs. Upgrades: I also think it’s important to call out my reference to these being Aero Updates. As you heard Jami talk earlier about out Aero updates versus upgrades. These three releases are examples of updates, where you will log into the Aero platform on the day we indicate this work will be complete and you will be able ot access and start using it without having to go through the upgrade process you all are currently familiar with, requiring you to access a parallel for testing prior to a live upgrade.
