Two-year technical degree or certificate programs only Applied towards Houston area community colleges May be a citizen or non-citizen, national or legal permanent resident of the United States Meet federal definition of low socio-economic status High school GPA minimum of 2.0 Scholarship covers – tuition & fees, books, supplies, tools, equipment and uniforms
