We’ve put in the headings we usually see in these posters, you can copy and paste and change to your hearts content! We suggest you use keep black text against a light background so that it is easy to read. We also suggest the layout of the boxes would not be changed.

The boxes around the text will automatically fit the text you type, and if you click on the text, you can use the little handles that appear to stretch or squeeze the text boxes to whatever size you want. If you need just a little more room for your type, go to format-line spacing and reduce it to 90 or even 85%.The dotted lines through the center of the piece will not print, they are for alignment. You can move them around by clicking and holding them, and a little box will tell you where they are on the page. Use them to get your pictures or text boxes aligned together.

Preparing Your Poster Presentation before the Conference
Your poster should cover the KEY POINTS of your work. The ideal poster is designed to:
attract attention
provide a brief overview of your work
initiate discussion and questions
The title of your poster should appear at the top in CAPITAL letters about 35mm.The smallest text on your poster should be at least 10mm high, and the important points should be in a larger font. Make your poster as self-explanatory as possible. This will save you time to use for discussions and questions.
Use color to highlight and make your poster more attractive, by using pictures, diagrams, cartoons, figures, etc., rather than only text wherever possible. And the solution of the photographs or colored graphs should be more than 300 dpi to make sure they are readable when printed.
Poster printing
The organizer will print and post your poster for you before the conference, so please send the completed e-poster to us at before 15th Sept. The subject of the should be named like this, serial number of your full paper + session + author’s name.

E-poster file size may not exceed 20 MB and must be in PPT Format.
