12 What do you order? TR-ONTRAIN2 2-Day Advanced On-Site $/€4,500
TR-ONTRAIN1 1-Day Add-On Advanced On-Site $/€1,400 Minimum purchase for on-site is 2 days, which includes travel expenses. Additional days can be purchased at the 1-Day rate. 21 day advance reservation required to avoid a 10% upcharge for travel. Resellers will receive a fixed discount of $/€500 for each 2-day on-site session sold.

13 How does it work? Place an order for the Professional Services off the Price List Along with the invoice, provide ONYX with the end-user contact information. There is a 21-day advance notice to avoid a 10% upcharge. ONYX consultant will contact the end-user to determine what services they need and schedule the visit. ONYX will inform you of the scheduled date so you are always in the loop with your customer. Following the on-site, the ONYX consultant will provide you with any feedback received from the end-user.
