WIDA Packing Any booklet that contains student responses information must have either a Pre-ID Label or a District/School label with bubble student information. Failure to adhere a label with student information will result in booklets being processed as unused. If a booklet is unused, there is no need to place any labels on the booklet. Placing a label on a booklet will cause it to be processed (and either scored, if the label is a Pre-ID or School/District label, or not scored if it is a DO NOT PRROCESS LABELS) Remove all paperclips, staples, or sticky notes from booklets Please keep all boxes for packing in the future. Place all materials within the protective, plastic DCR return shipment bags. Place all Used and Unused materials in the same box Condense all materials if possible Information for packing can be found in your manuals on pages 65-71
