6 Bobby (aged 14) has been found guilty of setting up a hate blog about another boy at his school. The blog made references to the boy’s sexuality and included photographs of him being taunted and looking upset. In addition to this Bobby has been accused of being racist to another boy. On the day Bobby was excluded from school his dad got angry and hit him, his older brother Steve caught the incident on film and sent it to his friends. Bobby’s mum was too drunk to care what was going on.
