The State Fire-fighting and Rescue Service manage, co-ordinate and control the operation of the system The Prime Minister is responsible for the operation of the system and the implementation of the tasks The Chairperson of local government (republic city or district) is responsible for the fulfillment of the tasks of civil protection in relevant administrative territory
