General instructions:
A student can participate in one literary, one art and any one cultural event.
Registration for the same must be done on or before 30 June.

4. Seniors (VIII-X) Declamation An individual event Theme- Dreams
Duration- Five minutes
Preliminary round on 7 and 8 July, 2014.
Best three students from each division will be selected for the final on 11 July,2014.

5. Seniors (VIII-X) Advertising A team should have six members
Participants should bring the product to advertise
All the members should actively participate
Participants should advertise only in English
Creativity is important
Duration: 3 minutes
Preliminary round on 7 and 8 July, 2014.
Only one group from a division can participate in the final on 11 July, 2014.

6. Juniors (V-VII) Greeting card making It is an individual event
Participants should make greeting cards in the school on the day of the competition.

Participants should participate with karaoke in the preliminary and final rounds.
Participants can sing in any language.
Duration: 4 minutes
Preliminary round on 8 and 9 July, 2014.
Only selected students will participate in the finals
on 12 July, 2014.

10. Seniors (VIII-X) Solo Song An individual item
Participants should sing with karaoke in the preliminary as well as final rounds.
Participants can sing in any language.
Duration: 4 minutes .
Preliminary round on 8 and 9 July, 2014.
Only selected students will participate in the finals on 12 July, 2014.

11. Juniors (V-VII) Solo dance It is an individual event Props are allowed
Participants must handover the song for the dance in a CD Rom, no pen drives will be accepted.
Duration: 4 minutes
Preliminary round on 8 and 9 July, 2014.
Only best three participants will be selected for the finals on July 12.
Selected participants have to take part in the final with the costume.
Selected participants are requested to come dressed up from home.

12. Seniors (VIII-X) Poster making It is an individual item
Participants should bring chart papers and other necessary items.

14. Most importantly, the preliminary rounds must be conducted from 2.30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
It is the responsibility of the class teachers to organize the preliminary rounds.
The final list of selected candidates must be handed over by 10 July by 1 p.m.
