8 Why did you take the CRMUG Academy Black Belt Course and what was the experience like? “While I initially took advantage of the Black Belt Program because I was a new administrator for a new implementation, I’ve found increased value in stepping outside of our corporate universe. Sometimes, we get so ‘involved’ with our way of doing something we don’t see alternatives that may be better. By collaborating with people outside of my self-created bubble during the class assignments, I gained new perspectives on how to address old problems.” Ed Gonzales E-Commerce Manager CRMUG Member since 2013

10 Count on Your Chapter (Friendly) Competition
Goal: Bring the most Chapter members to CRMUG Summit 2016 We are competing against over 80 CRMUG Chapters Even if we don’t win the grand prize, we can still win prizes along the way! The total number of Chapter members will be determined by the average attendance from Q – Q Chapter meetings. CRMUG will then determine how many registered for CRMUG Summit and do a percentage of total members to accommodate for different Chapter sizes.

11 Count on Your Chapter Prizes
25% of Chapter registers: Name and company promoted on digital signage 50% of Chapter registers: All Summit registrants will receive a free CRMUG t-shirt 75% of Chapter registers: Prime seating at the Keynote The CRMUG Chapter with the most Chapter members at Summit 2016 will win one free Summit 2017 pass to be given away to one lucky Chapter member via a drawing. Visit to register today! Note: CRMUG Chapters will only compete against other CRMUG Chapters. There are over 80 total CRMUG Chapters. If there is a tie, we will hold a drawing for the winner.
