Coordination - Lack of continuity between reporting processes to different MEAs
Information use - Limited use of indicators for setting and tracking policy targets (all countries)
Strengthening of national information systems
Regional information exchange - Limited sub-regional information exchange, no sustainable and acceptable regional data sharing practices, lack of sub-region specific indicators
Pan-European processes - Limited involvement in Pan-European processes (TJ, TM)
