Purpose – insure awareness of human trafficking through training

21. District 10 STEM Award
Charter: Determine if presentation will be a scholarship with monies paid to school attended by the recipient, or an award to be paid directly to the recipient
Determine eligibility criteria: U.S. Citizen? Age or school level? Resident of District 10 area at the time of application? Attend any school?
Determine announcement date, suggested to be September, and application due date to coincide with award date of Jan 15, 2017
Finalize the application
