Due Date Complete Applications are due by Tuesday, April 4 at 3:00pm.
No exceptions!!! Turn in applications to Ms. Koeppel or the bin in Ms. Koeppel’s room Check the spreadsheet posted on Ms. Koeppel’s office window (FACS1) frequently to make sure recommendations have been turned in. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure everything is in on time!

Selection Process Applications are reviewed by the Faculty Council (5 staff members) Each application is read and scored five times A total of 175 points is possible 145 points is the cut off All applicants may not get in Applications can also be denied for the following reasons, but are not limited to: Cheating Plagiarism Alcohol, drug, or tobacco violations Violating NHS values

Requirements Maintain a 3.5 GPA
Complete 20 hours of service per semester (total of 40 hours of the year) Attend meetings (before school on Tuesdays) Be in good character standing both in school and in the community
