3 ACTIVITIES Day is split according to activities ; 4 activities per day. Excellent training of staff – specific activity based training Enthusiastic staff Safety First Aid

4 ACTIVITIES Get up, get ready and fuel up for the day ahead Morning activities - usually 2 sessions with a 15 minute refreshment break Dry off & clean up. Time for a fresh & tasty two-course hot lunch Afternoon activities - 2 exciting sessions with a 15 minute refreshment break Time to eat again - a different menu each day Talent shows, campfires, quizzes and more. The evening entertainment programme keeps you laughing until bedtime. 21.00 / 21.30 Bedtime. Catch up on some zzz's and prepare to do it all over again tomorrow!

Nightwear Underwear Socks, including over ankle length 2 or more Fleeces/Sweatshirts/hoodies 3 T-Shirts 1 Long sleeved T-Shirt 3 Pairs of old trousers (not jeans) 2 for activities (one pair which could be discarded after the challenge course!), one for evening 2 Pairs of shorts 2 Pairs of trainers (1 for wet activities) 1 Pair of shoes or trainers for indoors Waterproof jacket Baseball cap/Hat Disco clothes Sleeping bag & pillow Washbag (soap & toothbrush etc) 2 Large towels Plastic Bottle for drinks Sunscreen Small Bag/Rucksack Labelled plastic bags/bin liners (for wet items) Swimming trunks/ costume to put under wetsuit. 13 MONDAY MORNING Arrive at school at normal time with bags packed and labelled clearly. One bag per child plus a separate black bag with pillow and sleeping bag. (Bags to be left in studio.) Please supply a packed lunch & drink for your child in disposable packaging (plastic bag) – NO FIZZY DRINKS AND NUT FREE PLEASE! During registration children hand in spending money in separate envelopes 1 for each day clearly labelled with child’s name. Hand in medicines to Mrs Boden, Miss Challender or Mr Proud when asked to do so. If you haven’t already filled in a medical form you will need to complete one when handing in the medicine. Please make sure that all meds are clearly labelled with your child’s name and dosage. PLEASE REMEMBER TO GIVE TRAVEL SICKNESS PILLS TO YOUR CHILD BEFORE COMING TO SCHOOL.

14 MONDAY CONTINUED JOURNEY DOWN WILL INCLUDE A STOP TO EAT OUR PACKED LUNCHES AT BERRINGTON HALL. ARRIVE AT TREGOYD HOUSE approx.

BOYS AND GIRLS – separate rooms Number in room depends on room allocation. We will try our best to ensure that children are with friends Children are not allowed into other rooms boys or girls

17 PICKING UP We will leave the centre after lunch on FRIDAY
HOPEFULLY arriving back around 5:30 – we will notify parents via text message with a more accurate time as the journey progresses.
