Below are some simple instructions on how to use this template:
1. You can change the text in the graphical screen above or in the outline area to the left. 2. There is one default background that is indicated by “ ” .This slide acts as a space or a blank screen, use to clear or blank the screen. If you have a large graphic such as a map you could also use this screen. If you insert a new slide you will get this default background.
3. The first five slides have the other backgrounds for the set. To use more than one of these background types in your presentation highlight the one you wish to use and choose copy from the edit menu. Paste this slide where you want it to appear in your presentation, then change the text on this new slide. By copy/pasting the slide in this manor you will keep the background, text formatting and the customized animation from that slide. 4. Hypostatic Union In the person of the incarnate Christ are two natures, divine and human, inseparably united without mixture or loss of separate identity.

5. 1. They are without loss or transfer of properties or attributes, the union being personal and eternal.

6. 2. This unique union began at the moment of the virgin birth, the first Advent of Christ.

7. 3. From then and forever, our Lord Jesus Christ has been and always will be undiminished deity and true humanity in one person forever.

8. a. The two natures of Christ maintain their complete identity and attributes though being joined in personal union forever.

9. b. There is no mixture of the two natures to form a third substance.

10. c. It is impossible to transfer an attribute of one nature to the other nature without destroying that nature.

12. 4. The focus of the doctrine concerns the union of two natures, divine and human in one hypostatic union, one person.

13. a. The Lord Jesus Christ is unique in the universe.

14. b. The attributes of the divine nature could not be transferred to the human nature of Jesus Christ to help Him to resist temptation or to meet the great problems of life.

15. c. The human nature of Christ in hypostatic union had to depend entirely upon the Plan of God the Father and the power of the Holy Spirit.

16. d. Jesus Christ had to become perfect humanity to be our Savior, High Priest, Mediator between God and man, and to fulfill the Davidic covenant.
