Introduction to Central Ordering Process department
do different tasks like; ordering parts and equipment, updating information about part and service, control number of hours that machine should work through Scala System. Lotus Notes which is for getting approval for ordering equipment and reservations and has communication tools for employees. Works on Microsoft Excel.

Scala System In Scala system there are several tasks the employee can do such as opening new work order means for order new part and equipment or do services service like inspection, A-service (oil free, filter), B-service and C- service for the customer.

Job Reports After opening new work order the service engineer should do Job report which is for the service that serve for the customer. The job report has : Date of the visit , type of machine, type of service has been done, description of job, signature of customer, running hours that the machine did.

Limitations the system is get stop without warning because the internet has stopped or there is a lot of pressure on it and all employees work on it. The employee should count how many visits left and put them in the excel sheet manually which is take very long time to count for every contract.

Suggested solution the company should put high speed internet and just one network in case the first stopped the other work to have smooth work. Also, in my opinion they should do other system for e mails and chat to not slow down the work. Try to find method to make the excel sheet count number of visit automatically, to make the work fater.
