CHIA Collegiate Housing and Infrastructure Act (H.R. 1547/S. 781)
This act is designed to allow educational foundations, including fraternal foundations, to use tax-deductible charitable contribution to make housing grants to local house corporations for the purpose of improving not-for-profit student housing Current status: 226 sponsors in the House and 31 in the Senate
