Spare boards preparation (4 days) Operations tested on spare boards first (to be then applied to FM boards ) - To check procedures on spare boards first and to apply then to FM - To check UV exposition in order to reduce micro-bio contamination Modification amplifiers board and shunt JP2 on HVPS board – 2 hours – Microtec Cleaning HVPS board A with sterile IPA – 2 hours – IRAP Sticking , coating spare boards plus harness – 0,5 day – IRAP Drying, outgassing in thermal chamber – 1 night - IRAP Functionnal test – 2 hours – IRAP Storing boards in primary vacuum MAVEN-Swea sensor pre-shipping review - December 1-2/2011

FM model preparation and conditionning (7 days) FM boards disassembling after december 3rd (facility/operator not available) FM boards disassembly - 2 hours - IRAP Re-work HVPS board harness – 1 day - Microtec Functionnal test on HVPS board – 2 hours - IRAP Boards cleaning with sterile IPA and dried with dry nitrogen – 2 hours – IRAP Exposition of boards to UV lamp (germicide) – 2 hours - IRAP Coating parts & harness on boards – 1 day – IRAP Boards drying & outgassing - 1 night - IRAP Micro-bio assay on FM boards and inside boards housing (to be delivered to SSL) Instrument assembly, screws torqued – 1 day – Comat/ Microtec/ IRAP Instrument storage in primary vacuum - IRAP Assemble Swea sensor with coated and outgassed FM boards End of calibrations in vacuum chamber Swea FM sensor ready Storage in vacuum chamber MAVEN-Swea sensor pre-shipping review - December 1-2/2011

Purging adaptation (JR) Swea team has to provide a purging adaptation to fit in SSL purging system - We need to know the interface on SSL side and the tube length on Swea sensor side - On IRAP side : SWAGELOK type SS-QC4-D (to be discussed with SSL) MAVEN-Swea sensor pre-shipping review - December 1-2/2011
