I believe that making the positive choice to exercise will impact my life by, keeping me healthy and in good shape! Consequences of not exercising: Benefits of exercise are: -A good body -Keeps you healthy -A boost in self esteem -A lesser risk of a heart attack -You’ll look ripped! -And many more!

Good Stuff! Eat Healthy Foods! -Smoothies -Fruit -Apricots -Cantaloupe -Tomato -Raisins -Lemons -WATER! -Onions -Ginger -Broccoli -Whole wheat bread! -And More….! Different way’s to exercise! -Go for a run -Go to the Gym -Water aerobics -Flex (Builds muscle) -Do lunges, squats, and other things while brushing teeth -Take the stairs -Take the dog for a run -Dance in random places -Super-Clean your home -Jumping Jacks!

My paragraph about Healthy Living!
I believe that making the positive choice to exercise will impact my life by keeping me healthy because, I will be in good shape. When I exercise it boost confidence, and helps me think that when I get older I will have a lower risk of a heart attack. If I didn’t have physical activity in my life I would have a risk of becoming obese and having a disadvantage of feeling in-shape. I will try to be in as much activities as possible so I will live a longer healthy life!
