Team Member and Their Role in the Company
We all are professionals from different background and skill sets, precisely a group of 3 individuals. We all love to travel, belong to Jodhpur Town in Rajasthan, India, and complement each other hence are together to form this start up. Prateek Gupta (Founder) Planned Equity 42.5% :- Prateek’s role in the company is to build the data on the website, bring innovation in terms of products, design and offers, find out new destinations explore them, managing SMO mainly face book page and handle Customer queries. Prateek is a hardcore travel enthusiast and has almost travelled the entire India also mastered the face book promotions through posts, likes and sponsored links etc.. Prateek has been associated with MNC's and Banks in his last 16 years career as a professional and have a rich experience and exposure of corporate working, marketing strategies, sales methods, customer service etc.. He is an MBA in Sales and Marketing and PG diploma holder in Tourism Administration. Siddharth Vyas (Co-Founder) Planned Equity 15% :- Siddharth Vyas is a Software Engineer and has been developing websites from last five years and has developed half a dozen travel websites including traveltoexplore.com, goholidayplanner.com, jodhpurholidays.com etc.. Apart from that total 25 websites developed by him of various segments.. Siddhartha’s role in the company is to provide all the technical and digital marketing support he has a vital role in developing, designing and maintaining the website traveltoexplore.com. He also supervises the out sourced services from third party vendors. Siddharth is M.Tech and MCA. Jaikumar Vyas (Co- Founder) Planned Equity 42.5% :- Jai has worked with different Companies and he is being an entrepreneur handled different business in last 10 years. Being a hardcore sales person he is responsible for the offline sales and sales related strategies for the company. He is focusing precisely on sales from Educational Institutions who take their students to the group educational tours.

USP/Pain Point that Our Product Addresses
It's a complete solution for a frequent traveller who is always in search of a new place or tourist destinations. We search new destinations and provides a comprehensive guide including a detailed description of the destinations, where to stay, what to see, what to do, how to reach etc. We provide all travel assistance in Packages, hotel booking, and transportation, local guide booking etc. for that we are doing all India tie ups with hotels, transporters and B2B tour operators. We have planned to come up with at least 250 destination travel guide for India itself where we provide travel assistance and information. There are very few travel operators presently providing such a vast tour guide for a frequent traveller. We are also targeting the unorganized market of Educational Institutional Sales of offline business for that we have started preparing the all India list of Educational Institutes to whom will contact and develop products dedicatedly for group educational tours. On latter stages we have planned to recruit the sales team who can contact educational institutions for their educational tours. In India there are thousands of Educational institutes those take their students for educational tours every year that entire segment is servicing by the unorganized market/service providers and has a revenue potential of more than thousand crore. We want to cater this segment in an organised manner with dedicated products, technology, sales and service provider teams.

Plan to Generate Revenue
We have planned to engage the frequent traveller through our travel guide. We are promoting our site on social media network have already getting lot of visitors on our site who refer our explore destinations section to plan their travel. We have started building our tie ups for hotel, Transporters and B2B travel agents. Also started SEO of our website to utilize the traffic coming through search engines. We will sale travel package and hotel bookings listed on our website. For off line business we are targeting the unorganized market of Education Institutional sales. In India there are thousands of Educational institutes those take their students for educational tours every year that entire segment is servicing by the unorganized market/service providers that we are targeting to capture. We will sale them the dedicated travel solutions for the group tours.

Market Size Current Traction
The Travel and Hospitality market is huge it worth $187 billion market in India itself but we don't want to limit our self to India only, we are targeting inbound and out bound markets both from India. The Education Institutional market for group tour of degree collages is estimated around Rs.1810 Cr. (36200*500000) and the similar figures can be count for Schools also. Current Traction Till now we have generated the total revenue of Rs /- from last 3 months operations. The visitor traffic on the site has also significantly increased that can be evident from our global and Indian Alexa ranking.

Present competitors Our present competitors for web base online business are Holidayiq, Nivalink, Traveltriangle, Devilonwheels, Travelindia, tourmyindia etc.. For online business we are focusing on the frequent travellers through our unique travel guide. We will include some unique off beat destinations which are not available with existing service providers. For the Education Institutional Group tours there are only unorganised players in the market and the big players in the industry have yet not focused on this segment. This is the segment which is serviced by not very professional service providers and we will enter this market with dedicated products, technology, sales and service provider teams.

Funds Required and use of Fund
Our Total Fund Requirement is USD 200 Thousand. We require the fund for Marketing, Office setup, Salaries, Website and product development etc.. Presently there is no investor for company. The above fund will be sufficient for 1 year. With this fund we will be able to generate total sales of 3.25 Cr. By the end of F.Y with 45 Lac of gross margins. This will require us 1500 FIT customers and 25 Education Institutional Group Tours. We are seeking the current valuation of 10 Lacks USD.

Current equity structure, fundraising history
