Students want: The career of their choice (or perception of that career) Make gobs of money for as little effort as possible Be able to brag You want: Them do to the work to learn the skill Be fully present - mentally and physically - to master the material To be happy that they’re at YOUR school in YOUR program To finish what they started, and Earn the certificate/degree Impress employers, board members any anyone else who funds and supports your program/school Be a positive feather in your program’s and school’s cap, and if possible, market for you by being a shining example of success
