RULES The first rule: Follow directions
This is the most important rule. I (teacher) expect a positive classroom environment where I can teach and students can learn.

RULES The second rule: Bring all required materials to class.
I expect students to bring the following to class: Textbooks Notebooks A writing utensil YOU prepared to learn

I don’t want to waste your time, and mine, finding materials for individuals. If you don’t have the required materials then you are not prepared to learn.

RULES The third rule: Keep your hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
I expect a positive classroom environment where students feel protected. I want to avoid fights and disrespect.

RULES The fourth rule: No loud talking, yelling, profanity, or teasing. I expect a positive classroom environment where are students are not verbally or psychologically abused.

REWARDS Praise Behavior awards Positive notes or phone calls home.

CONSEQUENCES When a student violates a rule the
First time: the student will receive a warning. Second time: the student will receive detention. Third time: the student’s parent(s) will be called. Fourth time: the student will be sent to principal. Severe clause: in cases of severe misbehavior the student will be sent to the principal.
