3. Since Mumbai city, Pune city is very near-this can be a special place of attraction.
4. This place has 2 major Ganesh Temples nearby. Hence it can be really used to come up with resorts of learning plantations with trekking games.
5. School children's will learn plantation with learning history of Shivaji, will have blessing of lord Ganesh etc.
