2. Think it
While bird watching I’ve noticed some birds eat and eat and eat.
Some birds even seem really chubby.
I want to solve the problem of birds getting way to chubby and then not be able to fly.
I need to be able to offer them protein, so they stay healthy.
I don’t want them to die.

3. Explore it
To solve the problem of the birds over eating, I want to design something that will allow the bird to get the perfect amount of food every time.

5. Create it
To make the Back Yard Birdfeeder, I took 2 pieces of Styrofoam and a bird feeder.
Then I will put them together with toothpicks and a glove filled with tissue paper.

6. Try it I showed it to my classmates and they thought it was cool.
Some of them said it would be a good thing for backyard birds.
I tested my prototype by placing it in the backyard.
I was excited to discover that it worked really well.

7. Tweak it
I could put my Styrofoam on it to help with the sturdiness.

8. Sell it
BIRD BUFFET
You should buy it because it keeps your birds healthy, so they can keep their weight down to be able to lay their eggs.
