Design Projects (9 Projects): RFP published on 14th December 2016 bid to be received by 12th January Two Bids received, bid due date to be extended by one week.

Smart Road in ABD area: Work Order for Urban Designer issued on 5th Jan Survey work started on 6th January
E-Toilets in ABD area : Three bids received for E-Toilets on 12th January 2017, Opening is on 13th January Work Order will be issued in short time.
Fort Garden in ABD area : Revised DPR is completed as per the instructions from SA-ASI and submitted to ASI. Once the NOC from the ASI-Mumbai Circle is received, DPR shall be submitted to ASI-Delhi for final approval and NOC.
Redevelopment of Slums under PMAY in ABD area – Tender for execution floated for 256 Dwelling units falling under ABD area. Project Cost is Cr. Principal Approval from GOI in 8th CMCC on 28th April 2016.

Smart Road Network : Re-designing of road spaces along with barrier free walkable spaces and urban design interventions to be implemented in ABD area – RFP Launched.
Smart Integrated Command & Control Center – RFP will be floated on 18th January 2017.
Open Gym in Indra Bhuvan – Work order issued Gym equipment to be installed by 16th January 2017
Integrated Web Portal of SMC – RFP Launched, bid due date on 16th January 2017.
Roof Top Solar on Government Buildings (No objection certification for Installation of Solar PV panels from 14 Govt. offices received) - RFS (for Design and Installation) floated on 12th January 2017 Bid due date is on 6th Feb 2017.
Efficient Use of Public Spaces - Dr. Dwarkanath Kotnis memorial allowed to use as a platform for cultural activities to promote local culture on 9th December Yoga session conducted by Mr. Jadhav on same day.
