4 Histological defined UTUC: Histologically confirmed diagnosis of predominantly urothelial carcinoma of the upper urinary tract. Yes Selective upper tract positive cytology No Back to start

5 Histological defined UTUC: Histologically confirmed diagnosis of predominantly urothelial carcinoma of the upper urinary tract. Yes Micturition positive cytology (if there is no bladder cancer simultaneously) No Back to start
