6. Construction and Infrastructure
This two year programme will suit students looking to pursue a career in the construction and maintenance of buildings, networks, and infrastructure.
In year one, you will rotate through the three modules, electrical engineering, construction and plumbing and gas fitting. You will build a carpentry project, learn how to use hand tools and power tools, complete first aid and take a field trip to the Hamilton waste water treatment plant.

8. Manufacturing and Technology
There are two aspects to this Vocational Pathway: all of the processes needed to turn out finished products, and applying innovative and creative ideas to manufacturing.
In year one you’ll build your own fuel powered bike which you will get to keep at the end of the year! You’ll learn automotive, electrical and mechanical engineering as you work through the process of building your bike.

10. Service Industries
The Service Industries Vocational Pathway provides a wide range of opportunities for young people with great communication and social skills. You’ll be working with people, and for people, and experience lots of variation; from who you’re dealing with to where you can work. ​​
This programme consists of four modules: cookery, tourism, hairdressing and beauty therapy. For the second year of this programme, students choose two of the year one modules to specialise in.

12. Social and Community
This one year level 2 programme will give you an introduction into the areas of health, and social and community services. You will learn about health topics such as infection control, consumer rights and the role of support workers.
The community services module covers support services and community development. There will be practical components to this programme and you will be able to participate in field trips and be involved in ongoing community development projects.​​
