Brochure can be provided to the customer, customer can go online to or they can call WEX Fleet One directly at xxx-xxxx WEX Fleet One Sales will work with the customer to answer any questions and obtain necessary information for the application process WEX Bank (located in Salt Lake City) will process the application and upon approval will issue the account (Average for decision is 3 days) Any declines or need for additional information will be followed up by WEX Fleet One Sales (WEX Bank has a 90% approval rate with Enterprise Customers) WEX Fleet One Sales works with the Customer on Account Setup including the issuing of cards and driver identification numbers (DIN) WEX Fleet One will follow up with customer on setup and delivery of cards Customers will work directly with WEX Fleet One on account changes, invoices and payments.
