I will identify operating system file naming conventions, demonstrate proficiency with file management and structure, demonstrate a working knowledge of standard file formats, and know the history and purpose of various operating systems.
I will explain the process of troubleshooting problems with computer hardware peripherals, inc. input/output devices, explain general architecture of a pc, explain the need for and use of peripherals, demonstrate proficiency using peripherals, and identify basic concepts of computer maintenance and upgrades.
