9 THE INVOLVMENT OF STUDENTS IN OUR PROJECT
Students are trained how to manage the project. Eg. Two student were trained on how to use computer. After class hours and during weekdays students members participate in various activities in our project. Students are directly involved in selling product from our projects. 50% 0f the profit earned from the selling of our product directly go to a student. We manage this by calculating 50% of profit earned, then we take half of it for students. We are waiting till December,2013 to calculate the whole profit and loss in our projects

10 POSITIVE INDICATORS IN OUR PROJECT.
We managed to pay full school fee of one year for 5 20,000/= These are students who were actively involved in our project. Where we spent T. sh. 100,000/= We also paid food contribution for two students for the whole 70,000/= 350,000/= Total we spent T. sh. 450,000/= for all students. FIVE students established a poultry project at their home, they used money collected from the product sold to buy some chickens. More students are applying to join with our project.

11 PROBLEMS AND CHALLENGES FACING OUR PROJECT
High price for chicken food Chicken diseases, and high price for medicine to cure them. We lack incubator for hatching eggs. Many students like the project, but they don’t want to work. Small place of keeping poultry
