Go to the supply room and gather the following:
Light bulbs
Ladder
Gloves
Goggles
When replacing light bulbs follow the simple procedure

6. CALL ON A CO-WORKER TO ASSIST

7. POSITION LADDER
Turn power off

STAND ON LADDER (2nd custodian holds the ladder in place)
STAND ON LADDER
OPEN LIGHT FIXTURE
REMOVE BURNT LIGHT BULB

9. HAND BURNT BULB TO CO-WORKER4 5 6
HAND BURNT BULB TO CO-WORKER
Burnt light bulb place in box
CO-WORKER ASSIST BY HANDING NEW BULB TO INSTALL
EASY AS ……

10. EASY AS …… 8 9 7 Clean light cover close it Turn on light switch
Remove all tools from area and store them in the supply room

11. FINISHING TOUCH
Remove all tools from area and store them in the supply room
Store the bulbs for recycling
Follow information on Form 5573 for disposal
