Mrs. XXX reacted in an exemplary way and didnt give him any chance. During the subsequent interview, she told me with pride about her previous visit of the stage play „Hello Granny“. That´s why she recognised the fraud attempt and knew how to act with self-confidence.
This example shows up how these measures contribute to crime prevention.“
