8. Obesity, especially child obesity from fast food the growing problem in the world today .
A study shows that nearly one-third of all world children , both boys and girls in the age group 4-19 eat fast food on regular basis .
The study also shows that kids also gain weight up to 6 pounds per year on the regular consumption of fast food.

Cholesterol in meat-containing fast food is very dangerous for the health. Meat contains cholesterol and hence leads to the accumulation of bad cholesterol in the body.
