4. Existing System If the students have any type of query
regarding to their subjects then they have
to meet with their faculties and all work
done as manually.
Query redundancy can be generated.

5. Need for New System The new system helps to students for
getting solutions of their queries online.
The organization provides some FAQ list
with their solutions.
