2. Goals to Accomplish Create public awareness for:
The Fox Theatre’s relationship with CU and local communities.
The theme of diversity of the local and national acts that perform at the theatre.
Future acts.

3. Our Set List
Host a weekend long festival, Follow the Fox, of local and national bands.
Launch newly designed web site.
Student involvement through use of map to be featured at UMC.

4. What is Follow the Fox?
Three-day event showcasing local and national acts representing students’ diverse musical background.
Local Bands to Play: The String Cheese Incident, Rose Hill Drive, Big Head Todd & The Monsters

5. Interactive Web Site Create a new section for the current web site.
Interface will be a map of the United States. It will include stars painted on the map to locate hometowns of each band scheduled to perform.

6. Map at UMC
An oversized map will be displayed with a presentation booth.
Students can sign the map with a sharpie pen to identify their hometown.
The map will be showcased inside the Fox Theatre on performance days.

7. Promoting Follow the Fox
Send a variety of press releases with newsworthy angles to local and national media about the event.
Distribute free CDs (mix tape) at CD stores, on campus and local coffee shops, that feature bands scheduled to perform for the spring season.
Display a banner at independent CD stores like Albums on the Hill.

8. Promoting Follow the Fox
Press releases about local ownership and local bands.
Feature a blog where students can discuss bands that they enjoy/would like to see.
Set up presentation booth at UMC and in the Norlin library’s Hot Spot.
