2 Our Employer Brand Compass is always looking to retain more of our great people and attract new colleagues. To do this we need to create impactful, effective recruitment messages. To help you, we have created a suite of materials so that, no matter what part of the business you are in, or what role you are recruiting for, you can build from the collective strength of Compass as a global brand. Within the Employer Brand website you will find a range of materials: posters, banners, cards, and social media, which you can use as the basis to create your own materials. 3 Messaging We have developed a matrix of messages designed to be used to build a relevant story for your potential candidates. The specific content of the message will be decided by your local requirements (eg job type and media channel). Within this document you will find an initial series of messages that provide insights about working at Compass. They are focused on the recruitment stage and highlight particular aspects of working at Compass, depending on the specific employee group. There is also a range of supporting quotes which you can use to support your message.
