Membership in NACM can enhance your network. Meeting other court professionals in other areas allows me the opportunity to ask how other area courts are dealing with challenges. Membership in NACM can broaden your knowledge. Annual conferences, webinars (like the one you attended), the Court Manager, and guides provide information – and solutions – to issues affecting courts today. Membership in NACM can enhance your professional growth. The opportunity to have a mentor/mentee, play a role in committee work, engage in NACM’s online community or become a part of the board allow unique opportunities to grow.
