Payment Options Automatic Monthly Payment Plans
$95 Deposit paid upon registration Billed automatically to your checking account Auto-withdrawals on a certain day of the month Balance divided into equal monthly payments until days prior to departure See the Tour Center for the current monthly payment amount. Manual Payment Plan – 4 step Payments are not automatically withdrawn 30 days after registration, $500 is due as 2nd payment 90 days after registration, $500 due as 3rd payment 100% of your balance due 110 days prior to departure $50 fee for manual payment option will be waived Good option for fundraisers Pay in Full Entire balance paid upon registration Payments by check or credit card

Candy sales – when TBD The money the student raises going directly to his trip balance. Students will decorate and personalize their candy box. Candy bars will be sold for $2.50 ea., leaving a profit of $56/box.

2) Donations through BMHS website – starting this weekend!
The donations will be equally divided between all travelers to pay their balance.

Our sections will read:
Paris Trip 2015 Please donate to help current French students travel to Paris this coming April. This is our first trip to France in decades! The students will be touring Paris to soak up its history, culture and language from April 6th – April 13th 2015. Any donations would be greatly appreciated to help defer the cost of the trip.

3) Donations to travelers to “sponsor” their trip – starting now!
Each student personalizes his/her sponsorship letter and gives it to family members, friends, church community, etc. These donations will go directly towards trip balance. Letter templates were to parents and students, but can also be found at the following address:

4) Restaurant night – when and where TBD
The French classes invite BMHS students, parents and community members to eat at a specific restaurant one night. The restaurant gives us 20% of the proceeds from that night.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS All travelers are responsible for securing necessary documentation Valid passports are required for all travelers Passports may take up to 14 weeks to process Some destinations may require travel visas Non-U.S. citizens may require special visas or other travel documents Important note: Passports must be valid for at least six months after our scheduled return date
