Certain things become priority depending on the stages of life that you are currently experiencing. This varies from one person to another as we are currently experiencing different seasons in our lifetime.

This are the period of self discovery and awareness of the larger world Peer Pressure and the Need to Belong is unique characteristic of these phase of life

Ages: 21 – 30 Years This is a critical period in your life where you position yourself correctly for your future. You should have sorted out you basic education, skill acquisitions and your career objectives at this stage. Direction is Key at the stage of life

3. Consolidation Years Ages: 31 – 40 Years This is a critical period in your life where you should aggressively pursue your plans and strategies that you have set for yourself. This stage of your life will determine how you might end up your twilight years. You cannot afford to be distracted at this stage of life. If you have not started family life and you are still interested in doing so, you should consider closing that during this period

4. Actualization Years Ages: 41 – 50 Years This is phase of life where you much bothered about self actualization. You enjoy the fruit of the Positioning and the Consolidation years A fool at 40 Years is surely a fool forever! This is stage of life where quest for self fulfillment is highest because it suddenly dawns on you that you have actually aged!

Ages: 51 – 60 Years This are the last leg of your active years! Your children are mostly out the home, you are left with your spouse You should be planning for succession in all phase of life This is a time to devout your energy to actively mentoring young people if you have not started You have the last opportunity to shape your world and make your mark

Ages: 61 – 70 Years This is phase of life where you leave a legacy for the next generation You are still mentoring the younger generation and contributing your part to the development of the society

7. Iconic Years Ages: 71Years and Beyond If you live to this age, you should be an Icon that the society should celebrate for your positive influence
