Significant Threshold (10% of the population at payam level is reported as displaced)
Minimum displacement requirement > 5,000 people significant release (>50) of children associated with armed conflict
Identification of a new large caseload (>100) of unaccompanied and separated children

Anticipated Duration (how long civilians are expected to be displaced for):

Flooding – complimenting the HCT endorsed Key Messages on Floods (2014)
In areas prone to flooding requires constant monitoring of baseline indicators and the situation; assessments will be triggered where other life-saving needs exist.
Cattle Raiding –must meet the following criteria:
The scale of displacement has doubled from previous cattle-raiding incidents; and/or
There is destruction of personal property, reduced coping strategies as a result; and/or
Destruction of infrastructure
