Ability to create and print reports containing ALL data across all testing sites within the Institution
*Institution Reporter

Placement Roster Reports *Create course groups under test set up tab/placement levels
The Placement Roster report provides a list of students who placed into courses associated with a specific course group. A note of caution you cannot create this report unless you have attached each course to a course group. This step is completed under the Test Set Up tab, Placement Rules, Create and Edit Course Groups.

13. Demographic Information Reports Standard and Local Background Questions (summary)
There are three reports available under Demographic Information Reports:
First - Background Overview Report provides a summary report of answers to standard and local background questions
Second - Background Detail Report shows student responses to each of the local and standard background questions selected by the User
And third – The Student Address Report is a summary of addresses provided by students. This report can be exported and used to create mailings.

16. WritePlacer Response Report Guidelines
Suggested reasons for viewing report
Discussion with student on their score
Discussion with faculty members on groups of student results
Initial cut score setting
Student results should not be printed or provided to students
Avoid over exposure of writing prompts (view only)

17. WritePlacer Response Report Batch printing available
The WritePlacer Response report feature allows you to search and print essays submitted by Students individually or batch print for large groups. Students should not be allowed to take a copy of their WritePlacer or WritePlacer ESL essay or its associated prompt out of the testing center. Faculty should be made aware of this policy and directed to keep essays and prompts confidential. By allowing English Faculty and Advisors to have WritePlacer Score Reporter rites to check essays from their computers, you reduce the risk of writing prompts exposure.

18. Test Activity Report Units Usage
There are two types of test unit reports, Test Activity and Test History. The Test Activity Report shown here, shows the number of units remaining, and the number of units used for each test. You also can see how many units of a particular section was used during a certain date range. This report is useful for budget planning and to monitor peak testing times.

19. Test Unit Reports Unit History Check to see if units were added/units used for date range
The Unit History report gives you a history of when units are added, subtracted or transferred from site to site and helps you track purchasing patterns for budget planning. This is useful for institutions that have multiple campuses with different testing sites under one ACCUPLACER account.
