10. Keys Children will share rooms 2-7 students will be in each room
Doors will be locked from the inside and key removed by children and placed on floor beside door
Ms Hutchison will have master key in case of an emergency

11. Ski Lift Procedure
Children will be in the same group order every time they use the lift
Instructor will be at the front
Group Leader at the back
3 members of staff per group plus an instructor

14. Nothing larger than a PSP!
Electronics!
Mobile phones will be available in the evenings after dinner.
Mobile phones, cameras, PSPs and wallets/purses will be kept locked in teachers’ rooms when not in use.

15. Medicine on the trip In ORIGINAL BOX
clearly label them with name, time, dose etc.
either hand them to the bus leader or school nurse when boarding the bus or…
pack in suitcase and instruct your child to hand them to Mr. McCloy at the hotel.
Vitamin tablets etc: ok, but should still be given to nurse

16. Behaviour
On the Primary ski trip we consider appropriate behaviour to be very important for the safety of everyone.
Any pupil breaking the behaviour contract will be asked to be collected from the hotel.

17. Sickness If a child is sick while on the trip, we may
ask you to come and pick them up to avoid spreading the illness to others.
