1 FinxS Open 360° Feedback

2 Open 360 uses Open 360 is a tool to provide feedback on an individual’s performance. It is used to measure skills, competencies and behaviours of an individual. It combines an individual’s self-assessment with feedback from managers, peers and direct reports anonymously into one report. Open 360 feedback is used to plan and map specific paths in an individual’s performance and / or development.

7 Design the questionnaire
Step 1: Select question groups: e.g. Communication, People Management Step 2: Select questions for each group: e.g. Proactively deals with problems openly and honestly, Shares feelings, communicates appropriately/constructively Step one we will design the climate survey to measure Global Productions Values 7

8 Likert Scale: This question type has
Question types There are three types of questions and two formatting functions used to create an Open 360 Questionnaire. These are: Likert Scale: This question type has a scale of 3, 5, or 7. Open Scale: This question type has a scale of any number between 1 and 10.

9 Question types Open Questions: These are used to give participants the opportunity to provide additional feedback in their own words on the performance of the person being assessed. Note: Select either likert scale or open scale for your questions, you cannot use both.

Interact with results on screen Select / unselect questions Select from various charts i.e. bar chart, pie chart, floating chart, View by response groups Create an Open 360 report to your specific requirements and print
