VALUE DRIVERS This pair of slides is intended to provide a basis for stimulating a discussion on how values are reflected within organisational behaviour, and how they support the organisational vision. The slides are an extract from the ‘Comprehensive Vision’ slide deck, and can be used as the basis of a syndicate (or series of syndicates) to develop practical plans for changing organisational practice to better support and encourage the ‘right’ values. Please do not attempt to use these slides as part of a presentation until you have read and fully understood the relevant sections of this website, you know how each slide builds, and you are clear on the points you wish to make with them.
