The baroque Orchestra Last week we began to look at the Baroque orchestra. We will be continuing to look at this and listening to a work which contains the instruments Violin - Bassoon Viola - Oboe Cello - Timpani Double Bass – Natural Trumpets Harpsichord

The Baroque Orchestra Lets look at some of the instruments of the orchestra The following pieces are called ..(instrument) concerto’s Concept List Concerto – Work for solo instrument and orchestra, e.g. a flute concerto is written for solo flute and orchestra. It is normally in three movements.
