PEAS AND COTTAGE CHEESE -Mutter Paneer

INGREDIENTS Paneer cubed Shelled peas. Onions, tomatoes Ginger paste

METHOD Grind the onion and tomatoes.
Heat oil in a pan and gently stir fry the cubes of Paneer till golden. In the same pan heat 3 tbsp of oil add the onion paste. Add tomato paste, ginger, garlic paste and fry. Add other spices and fry stirring continuously. Add the peas to the masala and fry . After that add the Paneer, water, and salt. Reduce the flame to a simmer and cook till the gravy dry.
